8.) Educate patients, family, and other health providers (5, 8-12)

The artifact that I used for this program outcome was the Keep stepping education handout that I gave out to all the participants in keep stepping for the start of second year. Since blake and I were the first week to present, our educational topic was on "What is a Circuit" . We educated the patients on what circuit training is and why it is important for them to do. Not only that but we also went over what each circuit would deal with and what exercises would be done.
