4.) Produce documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services (13)

The artifact that I decided to use for this would be a soap note that I had written for a keep stepping patient. I was able to place all the information in the right categories and thoroughly explained what I all did with the patient for that treatment session. During the second round of Keep steeping we used an online documentation called WebPT. While that did take some getting used to, I believe that it was extremely helpful before going into clinical rounds.
