2.) Exhibit behaviors and conduct that reflect respect and sensitivity according to physical therapy practice standards (2, 4, 5)

The artifact that I decided to choose for this program outcome would be clinical CPI that my clinical instructor did on me for my clinical behavior. As shown below, he rated me at entry level which is what I rated myself as well. I feel that my behavior at the clinic was always upbeat but serious at the same time.
