1.) Demonstrate clear and collaborative communication with patients, families, and health care team (4, 5)

The artifact that I decided to choose that fits this program outcome is my CI's CPI over me for my last rotation. This fits this category because it shows the progression of how i started off being nervous and using a choppy voice but was able to slow it down and make myself clear towards the end of the rotation. I was able to speak confidently and use terms that my patient would understand.
